Duplicated Header and Footer on email templates

Can you please let me know which theme are you using?

I’m travelling currently with limited internet access. Request you to kindly send a copy of theme you are using at pinalj1612 at gmail dot com. I’ll be returning on 8th Novemeber. Once back, I’ll try to replicate the issue at my end and fix the same.
