    Hello! I have an issue with my multisite version of the Lightbox plugin, as you can see from this page (https://www.ciamweb.it/en/la-grande-epicerie-paris/).
    The problem is that opening the lightbox duplicate the displayed with the slideshow.
    Moreover I have a JSON error in the javascript console: “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”
    Unfortunately I can’t deactivate the plugin or change the theme, how can I fix this problem?

    You have mentioned that you are using the Multisite version of the plugin. This means that it is the Pro version. If it is correct, then please contact us directly as Commercial or Pro versions of the plugins are not supported in www.ads-software.com forum.
