duplicated indexes in wp_wfissues and wp_wfPendingIssues?

    Saw the warnings below during a recent DB backup in phpMyAdmin. Is this any cause for concern? Many thanks for your help!!!

    Problems with indexes of table 'wp_wfissues
 The indexes ignoreC and ignoreC_2 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
 The indexes ignoreP and ignoreP_2 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
 The indexes status and status_2 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
 The indexes lastUpdated and lastUpdated_2 seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.
