    I have sometimes “double” order but not every time.
    Sometime, the order is created twice, so the quantity are deduced twice and i received two mails. But the payment is ok, it’s count once.

    It’s happen when the customer pay with paypal or via credit card (via systempay).

    Does any of you knowledgeable people have a solution for our problem? ??

    Hi @aurelie59,

    It looks like this may be a template related issue, according to this thread.

    Log into WordPress, then go to WooCommerce > System Status. Once there, scroll down and see if there are any outdated templates being used. If so, they will need to be updated.
