    Hello, in last days randomly happens that an order is placed twice.
    The customer confirm the order but the system place for example order #54946 and order #54947 after around 1 or 2 minutes.

    Could you please help me solve this?

    If I understand correctly when customers make a purchase the order appears multiple times in your dashboard (WooCommerce > Orders), correct?

    If that’s indeed the case, can you confirm if payments are received for the orders multiple times or just once? (You can check this in your payment gateway dashboard using the order number).

    If I am misunderstanding your issue, please do well to clarify so I can help further.

    Hi @sukafia, you got the point perfectly.

    The problem is that the customer choose “cash on delivery” payment method, but I am sure that is the same order because the customer wrote an order note with a typo, and the same typo is inside both orders.

    Are you still seeing this issue? Perhaps the customer submitted the order twice? (Or their internet connectivity caused the issue) Can you test to see if you can replicate this issue on your end?

    We solved the issue, it was a conflict by a plugin that worked on the checkout page. I mark the topic as solved.
