Duplicated post ID in one post’s URL

I’m seeing the post id twice in the url of one single post:

https://fameable.com/how-does-youtube-count-views/181/181/

And I’ve also found that a similar url shows the same post:

https://fameable.com/how-does-youtube-count-views/181/180/

Changing the permalinks and restoring them didn’t fix the issue.

I’ve checked the source code for the post and I saw this among the All in One SEO metatags:

<link rel=’prev’ href=’https://fameable.com/how-does-youtube-count-views/181/180/&#8217; />
<link rel=”canonical” href=”https://fameable.com/how-does-youtube-count-views/181/181/&#8221; />

Apparently All in One SEO has created a paginated post? The post content does not include any pagination tag.
