    Hello Support,
    I recently updated all my products SKUs , but then after the products synced with Facebook shop, all items were rather duplicated not updated , now I have a problem where I have double the products on my Facebook shop, many of them with old information such as price. I’m unable to delete the products from my Facebook shop as it gives me a message that those products were created using a feed and thus has to be deleted through the feed itself.
    Please advise on how to delete those duplicated products.

    Hello @mhdkandil

    It sounds like you may have had your products sync twice, with different product IDs each time. This would cause some of your products to exist in your Facebook catalog without being linked to a WooCommerce product. Without that connection, the products would not be able to be updated or removed automatically.

    Would you please remove one of the products that you are seeing double (both instances) and then re-save that product in your WooCommerce store to force a resync?

    Let’s also enable debug from WooCommerce > Facebook.

    Let me know if you are still seeing the duplicate items.

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response or use a tool like https://pastebin.com/

    I ran the debugger as per your instructions. moved one product to trash and resynced the products , but the product kept showing in the shop.
    please note that I have 6000 products in two languages (12K total) , so I cannot do any solution product by product.

    Thanks for sharing the system status report. The system details looks good from the report you shared.

    Can you please share what you have in the logs about the Facebook plugin too?
    Logs are found under: WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Let’s dig further into why this is happening.

    Thanks for your patience. If you delete the product from Facebook using the options on the Edit Product page, does it delete both products within Facebook?
