It should clear them automatically when a new search is started. What’s the url?

    it’s https://hansamdesign.co.uk/pureglow2/retailers/
after having a good look the duplication only occurs if ‘auto-locate user’ is active and then the search button is hit again once the list is populated.

I’m seeing this as well in our site.. I wondered if it was related to W3 Caching

@hansam are you using any caching plugins? Do you approve the geolocation request, or just ignore it, and then make a new search?

@YesThatAllen you are not using a multilingual plugin like WPML? Can you share the url? If not, can you check the html that’s used in the search list with something like Firebug, then you will see the ‘data-store-id’ attribute on each li item. Are there any duplicates, or are all the ids unique?

If you disable W3 Cache for a second, does it go away? Does flushing the transient cache on the settings page -> tools make a difference?

    Hi again

    I’ve followed this URL
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/w3-total-cache-72?replies=3

and excluded our page, and the .js files.. no change for me. I didn’t try the Manual options.

Here are my steps for repro:

Use google chrome, an incognito window is fine.
    Visit: https://www.watchmanmonitoring.com/provider-locator
Enter a city name, Seattle for instance.
View that the results are duplicated.

    Thanks for any help!

PS we have customized our page & plugin a bit not, but am sure how to tell if that is part of the problem.

Hi, we fixed our problem, which had to do with a trick we were using to put the searched term in the URL.
(it wasn’t related to w3tc either)

@YesThatAllen Good to hear it’s solved.
