Duplicated results

    Hi, I am detecting strange behavior. I use Relevanssi as a search engine for WP Grid Builder with facets for WooCommerce products. Everything works like a charm. On some searches though (like a taxonomy filter) I see that some results are repeated multiple times (even 3/4 times out of 100 records), what could this be due to? Of course in my products there are no duplicates. Thank you very much!

    Do the duplicated results appear in plain Relevanssi searches (for example, in the Relevanssi admin search at Dashboard > Admin search)?

    I can’t help with WP Grid Builder issues; I don’t have access to it and don’t know how it works. Have you asked the WP Grid Builder support?

    No in admin I don’t have duplicates. However, I don’t know if it is the same thing because WP Grid builder (https://docs.wpgridbuilder.com/resources/faq-compability/#does-it-work-with-relevanssi) when selecting a facet of type “search field” allows the selection of the engine (and thus I chose Relevanssi), while when the search is done with a dropdown of taxonomies, an AJAX query is sent like ?wpgb-ajax=refresh&_shop_brands=spark … in this case it is not specified if it uses Relevanssi or not…

    These are good points to raise with the WP Grid Builder support. I know nothing about this.

    Dear Mikko, you offer splendid support by having a plugin in even free version, WP Grid Builder offers non-existent support, and also costs several euros/year. Just think that every (and I’m not kidding) ticket I opened, I was answered that what I want to do is not provided…
