Duplicated stores on the results

It does not seem to be arbitrary on my side, it happens allways.

Im testing from another computer, another location, another operating system, another browser version (IE) and still shows duplicated… ??

Im not really sure what should i do with that AJAX thing you are requested, but i will try figure out and come back to you both.

PD: I had a previous version of the site backed up. I used the back up in another domain, and it works fine. So it is definetely something in this new release.

@namickraft would you please try to search using the search button instead of inputing a country and then hit enter (normal procedure these days ehhehe)… in my case if you use the search button, it works just fine…

If you get 2 GET requests, then the submit button is triggered twice and that results in duplicate results… Not that there isn’t code in the wpsl-gmap.js clearing the old results before inserting new ones, but that’s where it goes wrong. I will look for a fix tomorrow.

Still a mystery why I can’t replicate it myself.

Ok, if I hit search it returns only one set of results.

If I hit enter it returns duplicates. Weird…

Please let me know if there is any thing else I can do.

I have the same problem

There is an empty wordpress for testing and only one store.
If i use the Button or Autolocate i get 1 store result. If i use “Enter” Key after editing a Zip code i get 2 results. you can try with 86150 as zip.

Can someone open the wp-store-locator/js/wpsl-gmap.min.js and replace it with this code, and let me know if that fixes it. Do make sure to flush the cache from any possible caching plugins / browser cache before testing it, or test it in private mode in your browser.

I did replicate the problem when you hit enter and get duplicates, but not when you start the search by clicking the submit button yourself, so I have no way to test that part myself.

He is already on the track… We just need to help him find out where the problem is… He if you qre good on coding you might want to give some more ideas…

I have tested it my self right now, and still not working.. sorry…

I dont have any cache plugins.. my server is cached off and i did it from a private window…

i added at the page obove.
seams to work now. The only thing i hat, was that i got 2 starpoints for the 1st try. maybe that is an other problem only for this testsite.

Just uploaded the file and it appears to be working on my end.

Oooops.. i fucked it up.. sorry my bad, I changed the wrong file.. let me fix it and then i will come back to you

@andresmolina I compared the code in the wpsl-gmap.min.js from your site with the original one that’s included in the 2.2 version, and they match. So your server is still using the original one, not the updated one.

@frozen-media Does it happen again if you reload the page that you get 2 start points. I tried to reload your site a few times, and made a few search, and it’s always just one start marker.
