Duplicated title

After latest update my title started to display “sitename” before all the titles. Even thou my pattern looks like this: “%%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%” it display: “SiteNameTitle – SiteName“.
Yes, there is no space between first SiteName and Title.Please advise!
