Duplicated titles and 2 product images open instead of 1

I get 2 product titles on product page
next, when thumbnails are clicked, 2 full size images. 1 opens fine but the 2nd of same image opens under the widget footer area on bottom of page. I turned off all plugins to see if that was a problem but still get 2 images opening. I’ve been trying to figure why this is happening for days and cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
