• Hi, i realized that from i installed the plugin and setup the config… transactions are being duplicated everyday. Even when we arent recieving any purchase.

    Transaction ID 20448 is the most afected. Its an order paid at the end of april… It doesnt make sense.

    I attach some pictures…. any help? this is crazy.

    Please check in Google Analytics whether those duplicate ones are coming from Firefox, Safari or Chrome, also please check whether they are coming from only mobile devices or desktop as well?

    They are coming from desktop and mobile… also there are different devices from desktop and mobile.

    Samsung internet is the browser more affected but still.. safari and others are being affected.

    Thanks for providing those details.

    Could you post the “order received” page URL of order #20448?
    If you open the Behavior->Site content->All pages report in GA and filter to 20448, you should find the page path. I would like to check what is showing up on that page currently in the GTM data layer

    There is a checkbox in GTM4WP settings under Integration->WooCommerce with the label “Do not flag orders as being tracked” – is this turned on?

    “Do not flag orders as being tracked” has to be turned off, this is the default state. Once you turn off this option, duplicate tracking will be solved ??
