Duplicates disabled, but still occuring

    Hello, I have the box “Allow duplicate license keys inside the licenses database table.” not marked, so duplicates should not be allowed. however, we discovered that a few months ago the same set of keys was imported twice, so there were in fact duplicates allowed and being sold on our site. Is this feature broken?
