• The plugin has been working perfectly up to the most recent update – now each of my entries for specific websites are duplicated in the group. Any ideas what could be causing this, plugin conflict?

    Hello! No, I did not find any unintended duplication while testing. Are you saying that your listings are duplicated in every group or do I misunderstand? Could you provide a link or screenshot where we can see the issue??

    Hi-yes each listing is repeated-here is the URL of the page where I have the shortcode located: https://www.webstarservices.com/

    You will need to scroll down to the middle page, as the site is developed on the 2017 theme, I suspect one of the plugins may be creating this effect. I wondered if you might know of this happening?

    Sorry. I should have been specific.

    I see the listings duplicated on that page, but I need to know if they are duplicated in the admin area when viewing the WP-Portfolio listings OR if they are only duplicated when output by the shortcode.

    Are there duplicate entries in the admin area? It seems odd, and I’m not sure how it could happen. I do not think other plugins would cause this effect in our plugin. If you open a support ticket, https://support.shrinktheweb.com, you can provide temporary wordpress admin credentials so that I can take a closer look.

    That’s OK Brandon,
    I noticed each entry had duplicated in the Admin area, there were like 2 entries for each listing-it must have been an anomaly when the update occurred-anyway I have fixed it by deleting each entry and re-adding it!

    Close the case ??
