duplicates field on product-page

    Hello,
    I have a problem, on my product page the price summary is shown twice for variable products.

    A support request was already made but it was closed without result.

    I have changed the theme and checked all plugins. The error seems to be your plugin.

    Could it be you’re using Elementor to build your product pages? Our free version doesn’t fully integrate with Elementor. Also make sure you don’t create of the same elements on 1 page (for example, for a mobile version).

    I have also had Elementor turned off. I have edited this earlier just to test with elementor. (even if I disable elementor plugin I have the same error).
    With the mobile view the error is the same.

    I already tried to turn it off via css unfortunately the blocks hang together. i can’t turn them off individually.

    I am also willing to buy the pro version. If I know that it would work after that. Can we make it so that I buy the pro version and if it doesn’t work I can return it?

    Hmm strange. If you try this, what happens then?

    – switch to a default WP theme, AND
    – only have our plugin + WOoCommerce active

    I have now default theme and only the plugins
    -advance field
    -woocommerce
    -tiered pricing
    and error is still.
    i leave it for 20min in this state

    I still see your theme active. Can you please activate a default theme and also deactivate the tiered pricing plugin. Only our plugin + Woo active please.

    I’m doing this through wp-health check and I see Twenty TwentyVersion: 1.8 as the active theme.

    Not according to what I see: https://snipboard.io/g5Kdxz.jpg This is still Astra. If you have a caching plugin or server caching layer, please disable.

    Ok crazy. after i turned off all plugins and changed the theme it worked. now i turned on all plugins and changed the theme back to astra and it works too.

    Sorry for taking up your time. I do not understand where the error lies. But now it works and all settings are as before.

    maybe it’s the order in which the plugins are switched on. But that would be the first time I heard about it
