    We are getting duplicate items in our Woo > Analytics > Out of Stock reports. The duplicates do not show up in the table on the admin end of the website, only the exported CSV report that is emailed. Sometimes it is only one duplicate and other times, it’s several. Tried deactivating plugins/custom code that may interfere with Woo and nothing is fixing it.

    Can you please attach a couple of screenshots to help us understand the problem better as well as your system status report?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    As for the screenshots, you can use a service like Snipboard.

    Thank you for getting back with me. I have attached a screenshot of the spreadsheet with the duplicates highlighted. Sometimes it is only a few duplicates and other times it’s several.

    Also, here is the status report:

    Seems like you’re having some difficulty pasting your System Status Report here.

    ?As an alternative, can you try uploading the System Status Report by using?Pastebin and sharing the link with us here.

    Hi there @tmdataworks

    Thanks for sending through that System Status Report.

    I tested your scenario on my personal site, running on the?default Storefront the. However, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. I am not receiving any duplicate data on my stock report.

    Can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?

    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data
    • Generate the Stock Report again (Analytics > Stock > Download)

    From there, please do a new export of your out-of-stock products, and let us know if the duplicate issue remains!
