We suspect you may have added a Group applying to All products and a Group for the Custom specific product Smokin’ Oink Ribs, which would create the duplicate effect.

We’d recommend you review how you assigned the product add-ons to All product and selected Custom to specific products to not create duplicates.
If this is not causing the issue, can you share with us a short video of the groups you configured on this product and full Groups list for any Add-ons applied to All products. We will review and understand if we can reproduce the issue.

We’d also recommend you review this error as it could cause conflicts with the plugin. The plugin uses js like many themes and plugins, so fixing this error would be good to rule out any issues.
