Duplicating child theme with different name

I am working with a subdomain site all under one url.

I made a child theme, which works for the main domain. But no customaizations come with it when I apply it to a subdomain.

It looks exactly like the parent theme.

I can make a different child theme for the subdomain. But I am not permitted to use a child theme as a Template in the new child theme.

Is there anyway I can copy over the zillions of customizations in colors and fonts, etc. to the second child theme?

If yes, where do I find that code and how do I replicate it for the new child theme?

Or must i make it from scratch?
