Duplicating Recent posts from Featureed page.

I need to be able to have the recent posts from the featured page on the front page as well as it’s on “My Blog Page”

I also need to be able to add some kind of title (“My Blog”) right above the home page’s recent posts.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
