Duplicating Reviews

I’m using the reviews plugin on my site and i’m getting duplicates on the page. I’m not using the short code just selecting allow reviews.

I’ve tried using the shortcode and deselecting the show reviews but still the same issue.

Could someone have a look and let me know what they think.
