Duplicating rows frontend

Kind of stuck with something here. If you look athttps://www.emma.cam….rs/keepintouch/, 4th tab (Education and Employment), you will see a function to add more rows with various fields in.
Does anybody know if this is possible using Contact Form 7 (happy to use ACF as well)??
