Duplication loses conditions

    I just have noticed sth. irregular.
    I duplicated a radio buttons field which contains some dependencies.
    The duplicate got the dependencies but the original radio buttons lost them all !!
    Finally the form broke, of course.
    I checked the fieldnames to assure which field was old and which one was new.

    My apologies for the delay in respond to you. I’ve published an update of the plugin, right now, that fixes the issue duplicating the fields in the forms builder. Furthermore, I’ve included a Preview button at top too ??

    version .545 is available
