    Hey,

Had this issue before, it appears to be returning irregularly.
On my FB feed, sometimes IDs are set fine, sometimes they return with duplications.

Screen shot from facebook system, where you can see rejection of products varies from some hundreds to over 1K, differs every day:

    What i tried:
    1) Set batch size to 300
    2) Reduced batch size to 200

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Lowering the batch size of the plugin is really a last resort when the plugin is running into server limitations, such as maximum execution times, maximum allowed CPU/memory issues (you should be able to find errors for this in your WooCommerce fatal error logs for the days you feed contains too much products). The best solution would be to increase those server limitations so the plugin won’t run into those anymore. Would that be an option for you?

    Hey,

Ive seen no unusal issues in log files,
also exec time is set to 300 on server, so i didn’t face any issues there.
Ive been suggested by you to set batch size to 300, but still the feeds are fine sometimes and some other times aren’t (because of duplication).

What is the next option we have? ??

Those are the only two options there are to prevent this from happening. Playing around with the batch size and/or server limitations, unfortunately there is no other option available.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Should you ever require our help again, don’t hesitate to reach out or open a new topic.
