    Hello,

    After our website to the new environment with a new theme we received 2-3 duplicated orders.

    I could not get the bottom of this and the only information I can get are the following:

    • The orders are paid via Stripe
    • This issue occurs after our migration to Minimog theme

    Duplicated orders can be a result of various factors. Based on the information you provided, it seems the issue might be related to the new theme, the migration process, or the payment gateway (Stripe).

    First please could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
