Duplication Posts in Magazine Homepage (Smartline)

    Hello,

    In the Magazine Homepage (posts) of my website, I use a widget called CATEGORY POSTS: GRID (Smartline) to display the latest posts.

    For the last few months, the same posts have been displaying again further down the page (under the widget grid) in single-post format.

    The reason why these duplicated posts appear is not clear to me. Nothing shows in the Magazine Homepage widget page or in the Customize page when I try to find where that duplicated content comes from.

    Has anybody found this problem before?

    Hello Luis,

    Thanks so much for using Smartline.

    The Magazine Homepage widgets appear above the normal blog page which shows your latest posts. So you are probably seeing your normal latest posts plus the Category widget.

    In order to avoid that, you can create a static Magazine Homepage by using our page template. You can find instructions how to set up the page template on https://themezee.com/docs/magazine-homepage/

    I got a friend to help sort this problem out almost immediately after posting my question here.

    He was able to deal with this issue via [Customizing > Additional CSS}
