Duplicator issue

  • I’m trying to install my wordpress backup on another server (same setup) and when I run the installer I get this error

    INSTALLER ERROR:
DATABASE CONNECTION FAILED!
Access denied for user 'erin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

    My sql port is 3360
    The host I’m coming from is a self hosted VPS running Centos 6
    My user name is correct.
    The host I have on my old server is called Kransbox (not localhost) but I changed that in the entry box while trying to run the installer .php

    Anyway I’m stuck.
