Duplicator Plugin Locks _options for Search/Replace

Basically when trying to use Better Search and Replace when you get to the _options table it errors out. No matter what I tried I could not get it to process the table. Then came across the thread above.

Deleting Duplicator fixed the issue immediately. It is not enought to just deactivate it.

I know it’s a wacky one but there you have it.
