Dutch Auction

Hello!

I’ve been looking for a plugin, which handles Dutch Auctions. I haven’t been able to find one yet and at this point I’m not sure if it is called Dutch Auction.

What I would like to do is:
Set a start price and a minimum price for a item, while decreasing the price every hour or so.
