• Hello,

I’m working for our job application with WP job manager and I have a problem with the 2 languages with that plugin.

I’m using qTranslate-X for 2 languages, dutch and english. But on the english site we still see the dutch jobs. Could you please tell me how to file that?

    Regards,

    Rens

  • I am having kinda the same problem. qTranslate is not saving translations properly. Sometimes nothing is saved, sometimes a part of the text is translated. I just have edited a page and the editor shows me dutch version, but the website shows english for both languages.
I notice it happening across several websites for the last week or two. Were there any updates that have caused this? Is this issue gonna be fixed? It is really frustrating and time consuming.

UPD: deactivating and activating the plugin helped with showing the translation. Not sure if it will keep deleting/replacing/not saving translations in future… Do not recommend this plugin, it is not as good as it used to be….

I have given up on this plugin. One site crashed today, and I had to install WPML and re-build the site, create menus and footer widgets. Will the authors update it or not??

@johanlinder, Plugin is not supported for years. Every WP update makes it more and more broken… Which is sad, because it is a great idea behind it… which doesn’t work anymore..
That’s why in this thread we came up with a few options. Hope this helps someone..
