Dutch locale

I can’t get the plugin to show the month and day in Dutch.

and tried to add
setlocale(LC_ALL, ‘nl_NL@euro’, ‘nl_NL’, ‘dutch_dutch’);
just after the first <?php
It does not seem to work though:(
