Dutch translation

Hi @nekojonez this is the first time I translated a plugin. I’ve checked the translations marked as fuzzy and this some changes. According to me however the first version was already quite ok. Could you therefore please inform me which mistakes to the glossary and typo’s I did ?

For example, we don’t use “u” and “uw” in nl_NL, that’s for the formal variant.
We don’t translate plugin names but “The” isn’t part of the plugin name.

Maybe a tool like GlotDict might help to spot the glossary mistakes.
