DW twitter widget not updating

Hi

I am sure this is answered somewhere already but the DW twitter widget is not updating when I active wp super cache. Any guides on how to add the specific file or extension so it will get excluded will help a lot. I did try to use CDN but I am not sure if I am doing it right.
