Dynamic autofill Subject to contact form

  • Hi All,
    I have some peculiar requirement, Please help me. I have set of Questions for which on click of each question I need a submit form to open appending the same question as subject like and user can forward this question to admin

    Please help me by suggesting any plugin that helps
