Dynamic Background Images

Anyone know how to go about creating dynamic background images?

I’m not referring to a style switcher either where the user selects their background.

I have a template that I would like to utilize dynamic background images (ex. /about = background:url(about.jpg)). The site has 30+ pages, so I’d prefer to not have to create a template with the only modification being the path to the bg image for each post.
