Dynamic cart which doesn't refresh the entire page

Hi!

I love your plugin. I use it on a page where I have all my products on the left side and the shopping cart on the right side. However, every time someone selects a product, it refreshes the entire page to update the cart. Is there a way to make it so that only the cart refreshes and not the entire page? I believe it’s an AJAX function but I don’t know anything about AJAX so any help is welcome.
