Dynamic conditions executing a shortcode even if hidden

I have a shortcode that should only be executed when the dynamic condition is true, but the shortcode is always being executed. It’s just that the results are hidden when the dynamic condition is false. Is there a way to prevent execution of the shortcode when the element is hidden through dynamic condition?
