dynamic content / cookies (doesnt work)

Hi,

I have tried to get the dynamic_content thing to work for several hours and I am still not able to do it. Actually I “just” want to exclude some cookies from being cached. But not even the example code inside the dynamic_content.php is working for me. What am I doing wrong?
I thought I just have to place the “placeholder tag” (constant) where I want to the dynamic content to appear? I mean, it can’t be that complicated, right? Is the plugin just bugged or is it me?

If any other has a solution to make cookies work (without the use of javascript because I need the cookies before the scripts are loaded) I would be very thankful.
