Dynamic CVS uploads

Hi,
I need to post a chart (line) but from a cvs file which can be over written on daily or hourly basis.
Does wp-charts supports such a setup? Where user will update the CSV files (via FTP) and the chart gets updated automatically.As we need to update the CVS on hourly basis.
