Hello, I have made my form and I am just working on the email thing. In the subject I can add variables and in the recipients I can add variables but in the body I cant?

    Hi @jtalwar

    I hope you’re well today!

You can use variables/form field in e-mail notification body too. There’s a bit different “set” and “order” of available variables as there are some additional ones (like “all fields”, “all non-empty fields”, and some “system” variables) but the fields that are added to the form area also available.

While editing e-mail notification body, click on the blue button in editor and scroll through the list and you should see them. On this example image I’m selecting my “MY EMAIL” field that I’ve earlier added to the form and it will be used in an e-mail:

@wpmudev-support8 thanks. I used this but my emails aren’t sending. I already have an smtp plugin and other emails work.

    Hi @jtalwar

Thanks for response but it seems I might have misunderstood you a bit then.

I assumed that you’re asking if you can include e-mail address (provided in form submission) in the e-mail notification content – as you described it. The answer to this is “yes, you can”, as mentioned previously.

But it seems that the problem is different then and e-mail from Forminator are just not going out, is that correct?

Do you mean that if you include e-mail address in e-mail body they are not working but if it’s not there they are working fine (as you wrote ” I can add variables and in the recipients I can add variables but in the body I cant?)?

Or they are not going out at all? Have you double-checked SPAM inbox folders (just making sure)?

    Kind regards,
    Adam
