Dynamic Emails are sent blank

I used the sample dynamic template and modified it slightly just to add in words and a few basic pictures. This is the notification email that is sent when a new post is published. The emails are being sent successfully but the email subject and body are blank except for the very bottom that asks if the subscriber would like to unsubsribe.

I also tried to view the forum that was stickied at the top of this forum but it says “Oops! This page cannot be found.”
