    I was just wondering if you knew of a way to get a dynamic “From” address to populate when sending emails.

    What I’m trying to achieve is to get email updates sent to a support officer that come from the student’s email address.

    This is because we use Zendesk to manage tickets – emails go from Namaste connect to our [email protected] address.

    Which are automatically turned into tickets.

    The problem is, if all the tickets come from the same email, then they all have to be manually reassigned to students.

    If it were to come from their email address (even if the relay/headers are from a different email) it would generate the tickets correctly.

    I hope you understand what I mean.
