Dynamic Item Price

  • Is there a way to have the price be dynamic? I am setting a base item price of 2.50 but on the page above the user can calculate their taxi fare and the price is being updated via javascript. However once the transaction is approved it is approved at the original item price. Can this plugin do dynamic pricing?

    Hello again @monolith920.

    Not yet, but there are plans to make the price option not to be mandatory. When it’s not set, the user can enter the amount he wants to pay. This is useful for donation purposes, for example.

    Based on this, you can achieve what you want by simple hiding the price input field and populate it via Javascript.
