Dynamic Page

Hi every body,

I am new to WordPress. how i add a new dynamic page to my blog.
i.e my site https://www.mysite.com
in that site i had https://www.mysite.com/newarrival.php
Note : newarrival.php is a dynamic page
and i placed my wordpress at https://www.mysite.com/wordpress
is it possible to add that page to my wordpressi.e https://www.mysite.com/wordpress/newarrival.php

is it possible pls send a forum link of above process.

I would greatly appreciate your help.
