This plugin looks like it will generate a QRCode for each post you create. It comes with a few shortcodes too which seem helpful.

As far as locking the content down so that the user needs to signup before viewing the content – Maybe something like this plugin would be helpful for you? You would need to install the above and test them yourself of course but it’s a start:

Unfortunately I’m not sure. That’s something you would have to test, maybe submit a support thread to the lead generator plugin.
