Dynamic pages from a database

Hello
I have a database of 22,000 thousand records, with different categories. I am giving the option of selecting the category to the user. Once the user selects the category, the results are to be displayed in a page. Simply, it is a database driven page. How can I do it? It there any plugin available for this?
