Dynamic (php rendered) blocks do not respond to visibility settings

@landwire It’s the core dynamic rendering bug and been addressed before. They are fixing it though. For the meantime you can wrap the block on a Group Block and apply the visibility on the Group block. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Ok, thanks. That’s a good workaround for now. Do you have a link to the trac ticket if they are aware of the issue and fixing it? Just so I know what the state is.
