Dynamic placeholder on text area

Hi! I’m creating a WooCommerce product Layout using the Avada theme and Advanced Custom Fields, and I need each product to have a contact form using CF7. One of the form fields is a text area which should include a dynamic placeholder text which reads “I’m interested in product Acme (reference 123456)“, this last “Acme” and “reference 123456” being dynamically loaded from separate Custom Fields.

Is there any way to do this? All I’ve managed to do is to get only one Custom Field and in a single text line, not in a text area…
