Dynamic Pricing and Flatsome 3.6 theme

    I have recently installed the plugin and face some issues
    the discounts basic rules aren’t working
    the pricing table is floating and not part of product description .
    wanted to check if there are know computability issues with flatsome theme

    Can you share a screenshot of the issue you’re facing? There are some issues with the Flatsome theme compatibility which we had fixed in our premium plugin, but those compatibility issues are not fixed in the basic version of the plugin.

    I will be happy to share but i will need to attache the screen shot file.
    please let me know how i can achieve that.
    If you have a way to give me a temp license then I can check if it solves my problem

    You can raise a ticket in https://xadapter.com/online-support and share the site details so that I can install the premium plugin and check.

    But do provide the screenshots in the ticket for the issues you’re facing so that I can verify while testing.

    While raising the ticket it will ask for the order number, so you can randomly put any number there.
