Dynamic Pricing not working on checkout page.

  • Hello! I have this plugin installed on my site and the dynamic pricing does work on the product pages but it doesn’t when going to the checkout page. I’d like to know what to do to solve this issue. I’ve seen that there was a similar question on this forum but unfortunately the fix was not made available publicly? Are you please able to help?

    ELEX Dynamic pricing plugin discount rules will work on the shop, product, and checkout pages. Hope you have done a compatibility check with other plugins installed on your site. You may raise a support ticket with us with your site access so that we could check the scenario.
